Kundalini Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Meditation, Self Care & Yoga Sessions

We are experiencing a very challenging time. Sometimes there are phases in life where you no longer feel the contact with yourself, with your own soul and with your true essence.

​

In a One to One session I show you how to find your way back to your spiritual nature and your true essence.
Besides talks, I use tools and techniques from the Hatha and Kundalini Yoga tradition. These include breathing exercises, physical exercises, mantras (sacred sounds), meditations, as well as practical yogic tips and daily rituals that you can integrate into your life right away.

Sessions can be conducted in English, German, Italian and French.

Individual Kundalini Yoga class

  • Single lesson of 75 minutes

  • 4 lessons of 75 minutes - once a week

Kundalini Yoga consists of dynamic and powerful series of exercises performed alongside static and quiet postures. It also includes different and numerous Indian mantras (sacred sounds), breathing exercises and meditations.
Through Kundalini Yoga you can better master your daily challenges and gain more energy for your everyday life. It is a highly effective and beneficial practice that will transform every aspect of your daily life within a short period of time, taking life with more serenity and developing inner strength.
Kundalini Yoga awakens your consciousness, releases you from your fears and harmonizes body, mind and spirit.

How does the class work?

After a short talk, I will guide you through a series of exercises that work on a specific theme. We determine the theme in advance based on your needs. The class ends with a deep relaxation.
Yogic tips that you can integrate into your everyday life are also included!

Individual Vinyasa Yoga class

  • Single lesson of 75 minutes

  • 4 lessons of 75 minutes - once a week

Vinyasa Yoga is a popular form of yoga developed from traditional Hatha. "Flow" refers to the way the exercises are performed: the sequences in Vinyasa Yoga merge into each other and are performed in a flow. This creates a flowing sequence of specific asanas, synchronized with the breath, which gives you strength and flexibility, inner stillness and vitality.

How does the class work?

After a short talk I will guide you through an asana sequence. Different asanas and breathing exercises and their effects will be explained and performed in detail. This will bring you in harmony with your body, mind and soul. The class ends with a deep relaxation.

Individual Meditation class

  • Single lesson of 45 minutes

  • 4 lessons of 45 minutes - Once a week

Meditation is an integral part of yoga out of the realization that we and our bodies can never relax if our mind continues with its perpetual inner program of worries, plans and associations. You cannot stop the thoughts on command. Therefore, we relax the mind by letting it concentrate on certain points, movements or words. This is called meditation.

How does the class work?

After a short talk, I will show you meditation techniques and breathing exercises that work on a specific theme. We will determine the theme in advance based on your needs.
Yogic tips that you can integrate into your everyday life are also included!

Self Care & Yoga Session

  • Single lesson of 60 minutes

  • 4 lessons of 60 minutes - Once a week

We are experiencing a very challenging time. Sometimes there are phases in life where you feel out of touch with yourself, with your own soul and with your true essence.
In a Self Care & Yoga session I will show you how to find your way back to your spiritual nature and your true essence. We look at where you are in life right now, what you are longing for and by which step we can start to lead you little by little towards your goal. Sometimes a small change brings unexpected results.

How does the class work?

After a conversation, I will use tools and techniques from the Hatha and Kundalini Yoga traditions and show them to you. These include breathing exercises, physical exercises as well as mantras (sacred sounds) and meditations. The ancient Indian knowledge of these traditions will support us on this path and show how spirituality can be integrated into everyday life so that you can regain access to your true essence. At the end of the session you will receive practical tools, new daily rituals and tips that you can immediately use and integrate into your current life.
