Let the mind calm down and the heart start to open. Then everything will be obvious.
Yin yoga is a quiet style of yoga that tends to be passive and is practiced mainly in a sitting or lying position.
This style makes it possible to take into account the anatomy and meridians of the body and thus to adapt the postures (asanas) to oneself. In Yin Yoga the intense stretches are held for a very long time (3-5 minutes). As a result, they not only affect the muscles, but also the deeper layers (such as the fasciae), connective tissue, ligaments, tendons and joints.
