Surya Yoga & Ayurveda is a cosy oasis of peace in Indian-style in the heart of Stein am Rhein. Everyone feels welcome here and can always find the space to return to oneself, to look within and to draw new strength and energy.
Ich kann behaupten, dass dieser Aspekt die Essenz von meinem spirituellen Weg bezeichnet. Ich bin immer sehr kritisch mit mir selbst gewesen und meine Ansprüche an mich selbst waren schon immer recht hoch. Das Prozess des Schälens, Schicht für Schicht, und zu lernen mich so zu lieben wie ich bin, ist manchmal sehr schmerzhaft gewesen, manchmal ist es immer noch.
Es ist ein wunderbarer Prozess, der viel mit dem Loslassen der eigenen Erwartungen und Gedankenmuster zu tun hat. Tag für Tag, Schicht für Schicht, wachse ich aus mir heraus. Ich darf mich dabei immer wieder neu erleben und tiefer in die Magie meiner Seele eintauchen.
„Embrace Yourself“ soll das neue Motto für mein Wirken sein! Es soll für alle als Erinnerung fungieren, dass jeder Einzigartig ist und dass diese eine Qualität ist, die zelebriert werden soll. Und für mich speziell soll dieser Begriff mich immer an mein Licht erinnern und als Reminder wirken, genau an den Tagen, wo das Sich-Annehmen, Sich-Umarmen, Sich-Lieben besonders schwer fällt.

Incense, Indian music and lots of candles give this room a special charm, a cosy, relaxed, sensual atmosphere and yoga makes it an unforgettable spiritual experience.
Surya Yoga & Ayurveda is for all people who want to find themselves, their own strength, relaxation, more clarity and joy in life. Here, everyone is allowed to simply be.
In addition to the weekly yoga classes, special workshops and events also take place. Reiki treatments, personal consultations/coaching and private yoga classes round off the offer.
Every person has different prerequisites and different needs. I respond to these individually, especially in private yoga and coaching sessions.
WHERE IS THE YOGA STUDIO
Surya Yoga & Ayurveda is a lovely and atmospheric Yoga Studio in the old town of Stein am Rhein, just a few meters from the Rhine.
This small oasis of peace with candlelight, Indian scents and sounds was born in January 2016 and is located about 10 minutes walk from the train station and 2 minutes from the bus stop. A large car park is also close by.
Yoga mats, meditation cushions, blankets, belts and blocks are available in the studio. Each participant is always welcomed with a cup of tea.
